Embodied Light

Since ancient times the body SKIN has served as a way of self-expression, as a cultural background proof, and also has been a living record of experiences; in other words, it has been a MEDIUM. In parallel, we have JEWELLERY; which can signify an identity, establish ethnic boundaries, and frame ritual practices. On this basis, it is proposed the project EMBODIED LIGHT, which seeks to research and explore jewellery as a proof or trace of our experiences through life. The exploration was carried out in three stages:

* Explorative research.
* Explorative experimentation and conceptualization.
* Explorative outcome.
