Ricardo ANDRES is a sound-media artist, performer, and interaction designer. Born in Colombia, he settled in Germany in 2013 to pursue his interest in the new media art and digital media. ANDRES’ sound performances, sound installations, and speculative designs focus on the representation of the body as a medium transporter of sound, interactivity, and sociopolitical statements. They involve electronic and acoustic sound sources along with materials, objects, or structures that may induce interaction or contemplation.
